What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are an all-natural Skincare Product, from Soap, Face Cream, Hair Products, Relaxation products, and so much more 😍 My customers are from young to old. Men and women love my products and always return for more.
Tell us about yourself
I am Sharon! I started this business as a last resort to help my son with his itchy, dry skin issues. Never dreamt a little hobby/need would turn into a business. I started out with three different scents, and one thing led to the next! I love creating and making new things for my customers. The reviews are my pride and joy, seeing my customers are happy with my products and return for more.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I started this little hobby in my kitchen, which was a very small space. My store for customers was in our basement. Finally, I outgrew that, and we fixed up our garden shed for the store and curing room. And wasn't in there long we decided to go bigger. Thus making our two-car garage into our workspace and store for customers!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Not being able to make absolutely everything that everyone wants me to make. And learning to say No!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Start slowly and work your way up the ladder.
- Do a ton of research, know your products and why you do what you do, you will need to know because someone someday will ask you.
- My motto goes big or go home but, of course, within reason, and within your limits!
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I feel like God has blessed this business. He gets the credit; I have prayed many times that he'd help make it grow, and he did. My husband has a physical disability, and so someday, this will be our main income; I want it to keep growing! I also love making these products free of parabens, and synthetic ingredients, in other words, all the bad unpronounceable words that are on the back of those skincare labels. The reviews speak for themselves!
