Health and fitness. We offer information and programs to busy parents and families who are looking to improve their overall quality of life.
Tell us about yourself
I fell into fitness during college. I was that skinny guy who always wanted to get bigger to be more noticed and feel better about myself. But I was confused as every magazine, every book, and every person said something different in order to get those results. So I started studying exercise physiology to clear up the madness and find the truth. Once I found it, I knew I had to share it with others. So each day, I look to help anyone who has the desire to improve, no matter their own motivation, needs, and goals.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Knowing that each day, I affect someone's life for the better.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Competing against those that use false marketing tactics and lies.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Do something that you feel value for. No matter what that value is to you.
- Do something that even on the worst of days, you can still say it was a good day.
- Do something that you enjoy and want to do every day, even if you aren't making money from it.
