What's your business, and who are your customers?
Intuitive Health and Wellness - Coaching. My customers are busy professionals and parents wanting to prioritize self-care and healthy eating habits.
Tell us about yourself
I learned about health and wellness coaching back in 2012 and loved the ‘coach approach.’ It’s all about helping people access their own personal wisdom and supporting them to reach their wellness goals. I love guiding and supporting my clients to achieve their wellness visions and getting clear on their priorities. It’s very fulfilling!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Creating my own business was a big accomplishment for me. Leading my ‘Sacred Self-Care Circle’ was especially nourishing - leading a group of women to dig deeper into their self-care needs. I love creating art in different forms, so I’m proud of building my website and a Self-Care Solo Course as well.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Getting my message and my offerings out there to the people who need them. Marketing is an opportunity and a challenge!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be passionate about what you offer.
- Have confidence in your ability to learn and grow.
