What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a web strategist helping marketing professionals and virtual assistants guide their clients to growth strategies online. We provide a personalized experience with a quality all-in-one digital marketing platform that can grow and manage your online needs to build more sales and leads.
Tell us about yourself
I started to become interested in the web in 1996, near the beginning of the Internet as we know it now. I taught myself how to build and sell websites to small businesses, non-profits, and solo entrepreneurs. I love helping people to understand better how to incorporate technology within their industry and provide excellent service and empower them with technology.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment has been to weather through the ups and downs the constant change of technology and still be able to make a difference for my clients.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing being a business owner is the many hats you must wear and learn to delegate what you are not good at.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Keep metrics, so you have a clear direction to manage your business path.
- Attend webinars in areas where you may have weaknesses, not to do those particular jobs necessarily, but to know enough to hire the right people.
- End and start each workday with a smile and gratitude for being where you are.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Technology doesn't have to be scary. Just find a technical marketing expert to guide you along the way. Technology is here to stay, and it is only going to become more complex.
