What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am the founder of Inhance, a company that helps people who have lost faith in the life they have created and/or in their jobs to reconnect with themselves and everything they love.
Tell us about yourself
I started studying happiness when I was 12 years old. I have always cared about people's happiness, and what keeps me going are the testimonials of all the people I have served. That confirms to me that happiness can be learned and it is available for anyone who has decided to find it.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
That I have created all my programs, and I have been able to help many. I trusted myself and went for what I felt was my mission in life. Of course, it has taken me more than 20 years of experience in the corporate world, graduate studies at some of the best Universities in the world (Cornell, Harvard, George Washington University), a coaching certification, a mastery in reiki, and some many more studies and life experiences.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
That you realize that it all depends on you.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Believe in yourself.
- Create a routine that includes time for balance.
- Give yourself permission to fail.
