What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are the fitness business! Our main goal is to deliver confidence. Confidence in performance, confidence in knowledge, and confidence in yourself! So if you are just starting or have been in fitness for some time, this is a place you can come in and feel like you belong. You are welcome here!
Tell us about yourself
I was a collegiate athlete and became a personal trainer as soon as I graduated college. I have now been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I am a people person, and helping people feel confident and better about themselves is what gets me up and going every day:)
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We opened just two months before COVID, and our amazing and loyal members are the reason we made it through. We transitioned to virtual as soon as it happened to make sure and provide our amazing results even if you can't make it in. We make sure that we are here for our people every step of the way!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing for me about being a business owner is never owning a business... so there were a lot of struggles. I learned so much about myself and what it takes to grow a business even through the toughest times. It made us what we are today!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Read as many books as you can get your hands on. Start with the E-Myth.
- Find 3-5 mentors that are truly successful for the right reasons and willing to have lunch with you once or twice a month.
- Make sure you have a plan and processes in place.
- Think about presales.
- Pray about everything!
