What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a full-service multimedia production company - producing videos, virtual events, and podcasts, but I like to say our core business is problem-solving. We help clients in business, education, and non-profit communities communicate with audiences around the world, often producing in multiple languages.
Tell us about yourself
Curiosity and a passion for creating drive me and the relationships we build with our clients. Every day brings new discoveries. We've created documentaries about total solar eclipses around the world and dog-sledding in Northern Minnesota, produced employment and health training programs in multiple languages, helped non-profits raise money for critical work, and during the pandemic, helped our clients stay in business through engaging virtual conferences.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Strong relationships and keeping pace with technology are what keep us in business. The biggest accomplishment, I think, is having a consistent reputation for doing excellent work and for being good people to work with. In a technology-focused industry that has changed dramatically since we started more than 40 years ago - still being in business is a huge accomplishment.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things is knowing when to say no.
