What's your business, and who are your customers?
We teach Teams to increase Communication & Collaboration Disciplines to deliver high-quality projects fast while maintaining a budget. Customers are medium to large-sized businesses with program/project teams responsible for efficient and quality delivery of outcomes.
Tell us about yourself
I launched a global business transformation consulting practice in a large organization 30 years ago and, over the years, accumulated disciplines and tools to excel further and further in this consulting and operational environment. Five years ago, I started my own business to deliver transformational programs to customers, whether they are traditional operational improvements or communication and collaboration programs to dramatically enhance personal and team performance. Providing the avenue for people to gain very effective and lasting collaboration practices motivates me to never cease teaching customers these disciplines and capabilities.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Developing a Brand that encompasses many disciplines in an organized and repeatable offering that leads customers to growth and their highest level of collaboration competence, which is embodied in individual and company practices.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and revenue growth. In addition, finding the right resources to embody the disciplines and deliver under our IDEAL Brand.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Develop solid offers that deliver what is promised.
- Embody the highest level of collaboration disciplines, which are extremely effective and impressive both internally and externally to your operation.
