What's your business, and who are your customers?

We're a full-service digital marketing agency with a strong focus on web development and pay-per-click marketing. We service businesses and organizations of all sizes around the globe.

Tell us about yourself

I am a person who loves my family, the outdoors, and continued education. Also a massive Grateful Dead fan, or Dead Head to those who aren't familiar. I am motivated by many things. My family first, my staff,  and the drive of always wanting to help grow and achieve great things for myself and my clients.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I've been fortunate to work with well over 1000 brands and businesses in the last 15 years, but I feel the biggest accomplishment has been being able to create a business that has a focus on giving back to the community. Regular contributions to various non for profit organizations, food banks, and schools provide a great sense of pride.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

People will tell you it's time. You lose a lot of time to the business and work around the clock, which is true to an extent, but the hardest part for me has always been working with employees. Each person has their own personality, and making sure you can communicate in a way that works for both of you can be a hard hurdle.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1. Take calculated risks. Taking risks is important but remember to ensure you aren't putting yourself in a situation you can't recover from.
2. Give back. Giving back will not only make you feel good, but it almost always comes back to you in one way or another.
3. Invest in good people. When you're small, it can be tough to invest in good people because of the costs. When you invest in good people, it pays for you. It just might be hard to accept at first.
