What's your business, and who are your customers?
I coach individuals from all walks of life who want to overcome their roadblocks and reach the next level. Most of my customers are Fortune 500 companies/individuals, ranging from C-Level to Individual Contributors.
Tell us about yourself
I started my business ten years ago after shifting from the corporate IT industry as a CIO. I wanted to impact lives, one at a time, supporting people to thrive and democratizing coaching.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Besides expanding my business, my goal was and remained to see clients succeed, get promoted and become real leaders through coaching and me as their coach.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
When you start, everything seems like a steep mountain to climb, then when you break it down and look at it, establish a roadmap with milestones, and start achieving them, there's a tremendous sense of achievement.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Know what you want to achieve.
- Keep your eye on the ball.
- Be resilient, and never quit if that's what you want to do.
