What's your business, and who are your customers?
We help people and companies achieve their commercial, professional, and positioning objectives through specialized services on LinkedIn and Talent Attraction, with strategies based on the human-human connection that positively impact the evolution and monetization of brands.
Tell us about yourself
I was an employee for more than 15 years, but I decided to quit my job and devote myself to my main motivation, which is to share knowledge. Let me share my story with you. I won’t let you down!
During my experience as an employee, I devoted myself to leading the design, development, and execution of strategic plans focused on increasing Customer Loyalty and on managing the Customer Experience through loyalty programs, customer service, alliances, and sales, with verified results in reducing customer desertion in different industries.
During the development of my career, I held positions in important organizations in the telecommunications, financial, services, technology, media, and digital transmission sectors, and this expertise made it possible for me to know and apply relational marketing strategies and customer service in detail.
Combining my two passions: sharing knowledge and helping others, in 2018, I set up Aprendamos, an enterprise where we teach short courses about specific topics and in which we’ve trained more than 40,000 professionals in different subjects.
I love helping people and companies achieve their goals. That is why I work as:
-Teacher of Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, and LinkedIn to get a job.
-Consultant for different companies and ventures on Customer Experience, CRM, Digital Marketing, and Social Selling.

- Social Head Hunter in the search for candidates under differential methodologies and offers with my new company, the Human to Human Hub
- Speaker on Customer Experience, Social Selling, LinkedIn, and Employee Experience.
- I take part in the Group of Consultants #PRPARATODOS, where we seek to democratize Public Relations.
On the other hand, through my experience on LinkedIn, I created the C.O.L methodology, which stands for:
- Achieve your goals through LinkedIn (Consigue tus objetivos a través de Linkedin, in Spanish), with which I’ve had the opportunity to train and/or mentor more than 30000 professionals and/or companies in Colombia and 65 countries.
