Tell us about yourself

I am the founder and CEO of HPPH. I was also a competitive athlete for almost ten years and served as a member of the armed forces, which fuels my strong drive and high expectations. I'm excited to use my talents and expertise to turn this bustling e-commerce business into a sustainable giant that can improve the health and wellness of the community.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner was remaining profitable past the first year of being in business.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The hardest thing about being a business owner is growing a strong, sustainable brand. It's easy to be popular one minute and out of business the next.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Create a business plan; you need a road map and strategy for your business. File all of the required documents to form your business; it's important to start your business the correct way. Work hard on building your brand, and stay consistent and hungry!

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

The most important lesson I've learned in starting my own business is to provide a solution to your customers. Products come and go, but if you can provide a solution to their problem, you have a customer for life.
