Tell us all about your business...

Bloom Deal is offering considered selections of exclusive and seasonal stems for the home delivered to your doorstep on a weekly basis. All flowers arrive in a signature box and are ready to set up.

What's your background and motivation to grow as a business owner?

I am flower lover and always have fresh flowers in my home, sometimes my family brings them but I don’t mind buying flowers on my own. I love to be my own florist, so I noticed that my friends are buying flowers by themselves too, but always giving compliments to my flower arrangements. You will always see me with flowers coming to you as a guest, I believe that flowers are essential and connect you with emotions. Sometimes you just don’t have enough time to get your flowers, Bloom Deal does it for you!

As an entrepreneur, what does success ultimately mean to you?

I love connecting people, I have tons of examples where people that live in different countries are subscribing and making their beloved ones happy with sending flower boxes that have personalized messages. Seeing that smiles makes me believe that we are doing right things at Bloom Deal!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being an entrepreneur?

The most challenging part for me, owning the business, is being picky about things that really matter for us, such as getting fresh Ontario grown stems and delivering them as soon as possible. We love surprising our clients with fresh selection and different colors every week!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a small business today?

1. Do not be afraid to start your business, people will always notice your passion and follow you in your journey.

2. Welcome the competition, with so many services, you will be different!

3. Stick to your guns. Not everyone will love your idea, but don’t be put off by anyone who says “it is not scalable”, “everyone can buy their own flowers”, “there are so many florists”- you will get your own customers for your business! You are different, keep working on your idea 💕

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Flower subscription boxes are recurring shipments of flower arrangements, which are delivered to the customer’s doorstep on a regular basis. A popular gift idea for the person who has everything, flower subscriptions can be weekly or biweekly.
