What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our business creates resources for people to heal trauma holistically through nutrition, self-inquiry, and somatic techniques. We do this through podcasts, online courses, social media, and online membership. Our customers are everyone from therapists to self-healers.
Tell us about yourself
I suffered from chronic illness and PTSD and then realized that all the approaches I tried just didn't work, so I developed this new one from my own experience in healing myself. To see people from all over the world transform using these techniques is beyond thrilling and satisfying.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Finding a way to accessibly teach thousands of people about trauma and how to heal from it.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Boundaries between me and my business. Because it's something I love, I could do it all of the time.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Allow it to grow slowly based on your own capacity.
- Choose something that flows from you with integrity.
- Market less and relate more.
