Heroes Media Group (HMG) is a Full-service Digital Media and Publishing platform committed to providing a voice for our community heroes and those who support them. HMG is committed to providing education, entertainment, and empowerment to: Active Duty Service Members, Veterans, Firefighters, First Responders, Law Enforcement, Educators, Medical Professionals, and Clergy.

Adam Bird, founder, and CEO of Heroes Media Group LLC., is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and leader in building companies, educating, training and mentoring, and empowering teams to success. Bird's career has been centered around serving America's Community Heroes for more than a decade, including the Military, Veterans, Firefighters, First Responders, Law Enforcement, Educators, Medical Professionals, and Clergy. While he has primarily focused his attention on HMG's media platforms, he saw an opportunity to expand into the beverage market in 2020. What motivates me is creating jobs and helping others get what they want in life.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is when someone that I've worked with reaches a goal off advice I've given. It's all about helping others succeed.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things about being a business owner… personally is sometimes having to rely on other people or companies to get you something you might need.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Start - Stop thinking about it, stop waiting for "the perfect time," just START!
- Listen to your gut; your mind and heart can be misleading… Go with your gut.
- Have fun doing it.
