After a stint in fashion design, she attended Orebro University in Sweden and later, as an exchange student at Elon University in North Carolina, USA. Her involvement in a specialized Sports Management Program allowed her to study alongside top athletes and Olympic trainers, enriching her understanding of sports psychology and management.
Professional Achievements and Choreographic Success
Beyond competitions, Helena channeled her expertise into choreography, contributing to the success of various dance teams and commercials. Her leadership and creative direction led her teams to win multiple Swedish National Championships and impressive placements in World Championships. Her role extended beyond dancing; she shaped young talents and created routines that celebrated the spirit of competition and artistic expression.
Transition to the United States and Embracing New Challenges
At 28, Helena transitioned from professional dancing to a new career in the United States, applying her business degree in the Wind Energy industry. However, her passion for dance never waned. The call to dance rekindled stronger than ever after a decade, driving her to lose weight and reclaim her fitness through a personalized program that integrated dance, strength training, and nutrition.

Today, Helena co-owns Karlskoga DansCenter in Sweden, a top-ranked European dance studio.
