What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a business advisor and trainer. I advise small business owners and train professionals in all industries and company sizes. I focus on leadership, sales, customer service, and strategic planning.

Tell us about yourself

After my father's passing, I decided I wanted to do something that would have more of an impact. I did some searching and landed on business advising. I love helping people master new skills, solve problems, and realize their own success.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is probably publishing my third book, Succeed Without Selling. It has received great recognition and many awards.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Time management is one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner. There are always a lot of things that need attention. Prioritizing and focusing on the important things can be challenging.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Believe you will be successful.
  2. Surround yourself with people who support you and your endeavors.
  3. Remember that you can do anything you want to do. You just can't do it all at the same time.
