Tell us about yourself

For as long as I can recall, I have always been interested in philosophy and spirituality. I always find a book that leads to another book or experience. As I grew older, I stopped fighting and trying to conform to society and finally started living. My spirit was shaken up and ready to take my life to the next level. So I went back to school to become certified as a Yoga/Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master, Spiritual Life coach, and tuning fork practitioner. I feel as if my life is beginning again, and I am so excited for this next phase of my life.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping other people heal.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being patient while your business grows.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Proper planning prevents poor performance.
