Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in health and wellness but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Tiffany Campbell, founder of Healing with Tiff, LLC., located in Scottsboro, AL, USA.
What's your business, and who are your customers?
I provide energetic healing at the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. My clients are people that are seeking the root causes of their ailments and not looking for a bandaid at the moment. My work goes deep into the subconscious mind to dissolve and dismantle the energies associated with life events that negatively impact their current reality.
Tell us about yourself
Several years ago, from the outside looking in, I had a perfect life, but internally I was depressed and full of anxiety. I had a wonderful husband, a beautiful little girl, a new home, and a car, and I was climbing the corporate ladder at a rapid pace. I was surrounded by supportive friends, family, and co-workers, yet I was looking for meaning in my life. What was I supposed to do? Who was I at my core?
I became a Law of Attraction Life Coach, started working on myself, and found my purpose, which led me to helping others. I then became a Reiki Master/Teacher and was fascinated by working with energy and seeing results for myself and my clients. I wanted to provide more support and became a Certified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner and then became certified in 7 Days of Healing which I then branded Quantum Healing in 7 Days. My clients see rapid shifts and improvements with all of these modalities combined, and this excites me to keep going every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Growing up, I always said I wanted to get paid to talk to people, but I simply liked having conversations and getting to know others. I now work with people all over the US, Mexico, Europe, and Australia from the comfort of my phone. I never imagined working with clients across the globe, but this is now my reality.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I believe one of the hardest things about being a business owner is separating business and personal life with time management. I have learned that boundaries are important to maintain a work-life balance, although I don't consider the work I do as a job because I enjoy it so much.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Always be open to growing and learning. When I first started, I thought I would stick with one modality, but over the last seven years, I continued to take classes to continue to grow my knowledge.
- Be mindful of your work/life balance and take care of yourself. You can't be the best at what you do if you don't take care of yourself first.
- Get out of your comfort zone. Growth can be hard, and you don't have to do it all on your own. Find the experts for what you need and allow them to handle some of the aspects of business that are necessary but you don't enjoy, giving you the time and energy to focus on what you love.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Your life matters to others. You are loved and supported. If you don't feel this way, be open to asking for help. The world needs what you have to offer.
