What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am an Energetic Alignment mentor, a Human Design coach, and a Reiki practitioner. I work with women that are ready to create an impact in their own lives, women who know that they are meant for something more, and women who know that life is meant to feel incredible but aren't quite sure how to get there.

Tell us about yourself

I have always known that I am here to create a big impact in women's lives, and when I came across Human Design, I knew that this was it. I was already practicing Reiki and naturally being asked to guide on energetics through these sessions. I knew that I had a talent, and it was something that I wanted to share with the world; it felt like what I was here to do.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

This business is actually my second business. I started with a Matcha Tea Company - Matcha Nude - and I sold it once I realized that I would be able to make a much bigger impact for women worldwide through a coaching business. Creating and selling a business was a huge achievement, but what felt even bigger to me was selling it and starting something new; even though Matcha Nude was working, the business was supporting me and growing, but I knew that I was meant for something else and I trusted that feeling. This is what I now teach other women how to do, how to trust themselves. This was a powerful move.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Mindset. It is the most important part of business and can be the trickiest. Learning how to trust yourself and to take care of your mindset will lead to success. The rest is important, but the rest doesn't matter without the right mindset.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Start before you are ready; done is better than perfect & do your own inner work and mindset work daily.
