What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are an increasingly disruptive force in insulation. We use a healthy, sustainable, and high-performance fiber as nature intended: WOOL.
Tell us about yourself
We need better alternatives to low-integrity insulation options, and nature's R&D department has one offer for a lifetime outdoorsman and lover of wool. Starting Havelock Wool was an alignment of quite of interests and passions.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Creating awareness and education which allows consumers to make informed decisions in the built environment.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The occasional ups and the frequent downs!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Be patient. Be prepared for everything to take three times as long and cost three times as much. Be passionate - you're going to need it to get through the inevitable challenges.
