What's your business, and who are your customers?
Harmonious Return. I am a Job Reset Coach. I help people with work/life balance, job happiness, and how to feel good in the jobs they have now. I work with people from all industries who typically experience moderate to high job stress.
Tell us about yourself
Having spent 15+ years climbing the corporate ladder herself, I discovered a missing piece in Corporate America. The entire focus was on external success, but most employees were experiencing a significant internal struggle. Through my own work, I learned what it takes to balance these two and eventually left to start my own business – Harmonious Return - to help people reset the way they relate to their jobs. I know when people are fulfilled internally, they tap into a goldmine of energy, passion, and worth that positively impacts everything they do. I am fired up about shaking up the belief that work is stressful. There's another WAY better way to work and live. And it's accessible to everyone.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Having the ability to see a huge need and create a service to help support that. Creating something out of nothing is pretty amazing to see.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Doing it all. While most business owners are experts in their craft - it doesn't mean we are good at or want to do EVERYTHING.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be financially prepared not to take any income for at least three years.
- It takes 3-5 years to get a business running.
- You have got to prioritize yourself and your well-being.
