My business is Stitched Head & Heart Project Holistic Mental Health Services. Our customers are people in need of coaching, therapy, and guidance.

Tell us about yourself

I am a coach and the owner of Stitched Head & Heart Project. I facilitate individuals in areas of personal development, growth, and relationships. I work to identify limiting thought cycles/beliefs ready for change. I graduated from Arizona State University Summa Cum Laude. I am a PSYCH-K Facilitator and Certified Consulting Hypnotist. The application of these techniques fosters power and lasting change on an innate subconscious level. Sessions focus on self-esteem, relationships, prosperity, health/body, personal power, and dealing with grief/loss with the goal of uncovering needs safely/confidently as you create your change!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The clients I help with breakthroughs are my greatest accomplishments.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The hardest portion of being a business owner is the beginning portion when you are wearing every hat, but I enjoy the challenge. Once you are established, it is keeping momentum and motivation consistently.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Be clear, be impassioned, and be consistent!
