What's your business, and who are your customers?

I focus on product photo retouching, photomontages, and overall image manipulation, such as color change or label change. My customers are usually from e-commerce or other sellers and service providers.

Tell us about yourself

I fell in love with Photoshop during my college years, where I spent countless hours trying out all its functions, from simple retouching to surreal photomontages. This experience opened up an opportunity to become a photographer and retoucher for a local e-commerce company. I gained much more experience and self-taught many other digital skills during that period. In pursuit of flexibility and time freedom, I decided to become a freelancer and do what I love the most, creating digital content.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

To have a returning, satisfied and dear customer and work well done. Accomplishment is not a final state. It is an ongoing experience.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

For me, it's to be confident that what I do, is worth it. Hardship differs for everyone.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Believe in yourself, know what you want and should do, and the universe will answer you. Then make sure you put in hard work to make it true. And know when and how to rest well when you need it.
