What's your business, and who are your customers?

Our business is H6FIT, Inc., Medicare's ONLY approved Virtual Health and Wellness Center available to all US citizens.

Tell us about yourself

I taught 15 years of high school health outside Chicago before becoming an entrepreneur. My motivation is my family, all day and every day. We are nothing without each other.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My network and bringing all of the right people together is my superpower.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Staying positive through all of the ups and downs.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Fail; there is no better way to learn and grow.
  2. Go hard or go home.
  3. Keep your moral compass AT ALL COSTS.
