What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is a no-code tool for building custom software applications. My initial focus is on creating quality management software for the energy field, but I also have an interest in expanding to other fields, such as human resources. My current customer has been using my tool for the past 5 years, and we are actively seeking out new customers in both the energy field and beyond.

Tell us about yourself

I have always had a passion for creating advanced, modular software applications. This passion began during my university studies and has continued to drive me in my career. In recent years, I saw the potential for growth in the no-code tool market and decided to start my own business in this field. In addition to the technical aspect of building software, I also find great fulfillment in working with my customers and learning about their unique business processes. I strive to translate these processes into an easy-to-use web interface that meets all of their needs.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is the ability to quickly and easily customize my software to fit the specific business rules and processes of each of my customers. I have received positive feedback from my current customers about the flexibility and adaptability of my software, and I have consistently been able to deliver customized solutions in a timely manner. This has allowed me to provide value to them by streamlining their processes and improving efficiency. In addition, my no-code approach makes it easy for users to make changes and updates to the software without the need for technical expertise. I believe this sets us apart in the market and makes me an attractive solution for potential customers looking for a flexible and user-friendly software solution.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Maintaining a good work-life balance can sometimes be rather hard. I have personally found it important to take breaks and time off, as it allows me to recharge and return to my work with renewed creativity and focus. While it can be difficult to step away from my business at times, I have found that taking the time to prioritize my well-being ultimately benefits both myself and my company.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Differentiate yourself from the competition: If you want your business to stand out, it's important to find what makes it unique and focus on that.
  2. Take breaks and prioritize work-life balance: Being a business owner can be intense, so it's crucial to take care of yourself. Don't be afraid to take some time off and recharge.
  3. Always take some time to focus on innovation and develop creativity. Sometimes the best ideas come from unexpected places, so make sure to set aside time for creative thinking!
