What's your business, and who are your customers?
I help professionals achieve health, fulfillment, and balance through coaching and counseling. My coaching covers the following energy systems: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. My customers are anyone seeking to build the energy capacity to achieve their goals.
Tell us about yourself
I have a unique career background, beginning with over 20 years as a jeweler and gemologist. I then moved on to commercial banking, consulting, manager in the automotive industry. In all industries and roles, I was always seen as the one to go to if someone had a health-related problem. I naturally created a safe space for people to speak and receive encouragement and support. I have now made it my mission to tackle the mental health crisis that has surfaced during the pandemic.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Serving others and demonstrating fortitude to those around me.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Overcoming the financial pressure and fear of starting a business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Make sure you properly validate the idea behind your business. Too many entrepreneurs fall head-over-heels with their own ideas.
