I am an i-banker turned marketer. I love building and seeing an idea turn into something real. There is no better reward than helping founders hit their goals.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Successfully bootstrapped our agency from an idea to a mid-7-figure company. We have built a 30-person team that is 100% remote.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Learning how to make strategic decisions when you don't have all the data.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Just start. You'll never be ready.
  2. Have a long-term view but be impatient in the short term.
  3. Have a bias to action and be decisive.
