What's your business, and who are your customers?
GroWise Be Well is a holistically metaphysical lifestyle company empowering families to live their most intuitively vibrant lives. My customers are every single human on the planet at this time.
Tell us about yourself
I created GroWise Be Well for my children. I healed myself from panic disorder and then helped my son live with courage and confidence after he was diagnosed on the autism spectrum. I researched everything I came across, and I had discovered so many great tools to use to create a life of health and joy. I started creating tools I couldn't find that would help share my knowledge with my children so they could have reference materials to rely on later in life. Others started asking about what I was doing, and they seemed so hungry for the same tools, so I decided to create GroWise Be Well. My children motivate me every day. I want them to be unshakeable in their self-confidence and their ability to manifest the life they want.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is working with people as employees and customers. I love seeing them light up when they feel empowered and confident.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest thing about being a business owner is getting the word out to people. I'm not a big fan of social media, so it has been a slow process to let people know we are here.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Believe in yourself and your vision.
- Find good, honest people to work for you and pay them well.
- Use spreadsheets and financial models to anticipate expenses and income.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Be passionate about what you start, and others will believe it in too. It will also carry you through tough times.
