What's your business, and who are your customers?

Advisory firms, investors & money-smart professionals choose us to help them protect their most valuable asset, THEIR HEALTH. As a financial advisor's daughter who became an exercise physiologist & certified wellness coach, I help financial professionals and their clients earn back their health so they can retire wellthy. Because...what good is your wealth if you don't have your health?

Tell us about yourself

My story started when I was 11 years old, and my dad became a financial advisor. I watched him grow his business, met his colleagues and clients, and worked in his office. That experience of seeing people get sick or die before they had a chance to use all the hard-earned money they had set aside in retirement put me on this course. Now, I help people treat their health as part of their retirement planning, so it's not bankrupt when they need it most.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Bringing awareness to an area of retirement planning that has never been seen as part of the equation for success. I love educating and coaching people to expand their definition of success, so it includes their relationships, health, and quality of life.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

It's hard being all things. I love the coaching and area of expertise that I carry, but trying to blend that with marketing, social media, sales, graphic design, websites, and funnels has been quite a learning curve.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Hire a business coach who can walk you through the steps of launching and growing a business. It will save you so much time and frustration.
