What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a full-service chiropractic office offering adjustments, soft tissue work, exercises, laser therapy, and shockwave therapy. Our customers are active or want to be active individuals who are suffering from any aches/pains that are preventing them from being able to continue doing the things they love.
Tell us about yourself
I started opening my business by seeing how many chiropractic practices were missing big pieces on how to help patients. What motivates me each day is helping to shift the paradigm from what people think of chiropractic to what chiropractic can be. Helping educate patients and get them feeling good are things that motivate me every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Helping people feel better and changing lives every day.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Running all the different aspects of a business. I became a chiropractor to help people. We weren't taught how to run a business. Since opening my practice, I had to be self-taught about all aspects of running a business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Learn all the things about the business before starting. Be consistent in working on growing your business, i.e., networking, community outreach, posting reviews from happy patients, utilize social media for the right reasons.
