What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a coaching and consulting company that specializes in helping couples who are entrepreneurs work effectively on their respective relationships, along with counseling services for those who wish to be in personal relationships as well.

Tell us about yourself

First, it was the relatable experience of my own relationship with my wife. We were going through a rough patch that led us to contemplate divorcing each other, BUT we knew the Love was there. So we decided to grow through counseling for us as a couple and as individuals; it was a success. Then we recognized that we could be a blessing to others within our community, and it was birthed there. What keeps me motivated is that we are more splintered from a relationship standpoint, and each couple we help or each man I assist in developing themselves allows for strengthening our community!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

To be able to work with my wife for almost 25 years, and we are both alive to keep growing, exploring, and becoming who we are meant to be collectively and individually. Also, being a role model for those who see that it can work, being not only lovers but also developers of business possibilities for others to see and develop their own out-picturing. 

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

To wake up every day knowing that you have to stay focused on the development of your respective extra children other than the 6 that I have fathered, and that is the businesses and the related responsibilities. Advertising, various social media communications, retreats, teachings, coaching/counseling sessions, etc.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be willing to be a Student of whatever part of the Marketplace you want to be in, STUDY!
  2. Understand that a business is not a SOLO endeavor unless you have a hobby.
  3. Your willingness to devote a minimum of 70 hours per week to develop, incubate and nurture your respective business into an endeavor that is sustainable and HIRE THE RIGHT PEOPLE!
