What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a digital marketing agency that provides services to several niches, including home services professionals. We work with landscapers, roofers, lawn care, gutter installers, pressure washers, garage door installers, window installers, solar panel installers, etc.

I love working with small business owners and watching their businesses grow into a sustainable force for the company. It's so rewarding to have your clients thank you for your work.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Hearing business owners say thanks for increasing brand awareness and leads exponentially for them.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Business owners wear too many hats. They try to be a bookkeeper, an accountant, a manager, a worker, and even a marketer. It's no wonder, so many businesses fail. My best advice is to focus on what you do best and outsource the rest.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
First, get clear about who your exact audience will be. What does your ideal customer look like? What do they think about the product you sell? Get into their head. Secondly, create a way to capture your leads in a CRM and nurture them throughout the year with email marketing or text messages. Finally, outsource the things you don't know how to do. You will save yourself time and money in the end. Don't be cheap. You get what you pay for.
