What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a restaurant facility management company. Restaurants, Schools, Stadiums, Catering Centers, and Food Manufacturers are our customers.

Tell us about yourself

There was a need for a facility management company for mom-and-pop type restaurants that needed one person/company to manage many of the services a restaurant is required to have. Used Cooking Oil Collection, Grease Trap Service, Hydro Jetting, Hood Cleaning, and Pest Control are all services we manage for our customers.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We have been in business for 12 years, and we made it through 2020 and everything that happened with the worldwide shutdown that affected so many.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

There are so many aspects of business that employees don't think about. Being able to pivot the business based on circumstances that are out of our control and sustain operations is always challenging.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Work hard. It's not easy.
  2. Don't give up if it's truly what you want to do.
  3. Think things through, and do not be quick to react.
