What's your business, and who are your customers?

GO! Bubbles® is a fun and earth-friendly skincare line for kids ages 3 to 13! My Earth-friendly plant-based soaps are filled with spirited fun! My soaps are moisturizing and help get rid of dry and ashy skin.

Tell us about yourself

When I was six years old, I used to see my mom make skin care products for adults. It inspired me to make skin care products for kids, but with fun colors and fragrances. And I get to teach kids the importance of washing your hands.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I wrote a book called Gabrielle and the Magic Tree. I released it in November of 2021, and it was a bestselling book! My book teaches kids the importance of trees and why we need to protect the environment. Many of my products are plant-based, and I love trees. Each book ordered from my website includes a plant-based soap.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

For me, it's trying to find vending events in my age group. Most events have more adults than kids. I like to be around people who are like me. Also, many people don't think I make my own products because I'm so young. Starting a business was my idea, so I'm responsible for it.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

First, come up with what you are going to sell. Second, come up with your business name. Third, figure out who you are selling to.
