What's your business, and who are your customers?

Glow Skincare is home to the one and only Glow Towel™. We are a skincare tool brand. Our customers are estheticians and beauty/skincare lovers.

Tell us about yourself

I have been an esthetician for 16 years. I got into skincare to help people look and feel better. I am also extremely passionate about assisting other estheticians and helping the beauty community. Glow skincare went from a full-running spa to now a safe place for estheticians to shop, learn and grow. Helping the community of estheticians is everything for me; when I started in this business, I didn't know what I was doing. My hope is to help and encourage the new generation of estheticians so they don't have to snuggle as I did.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Creating products that actually make a difference for people.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Everything about being a business owner is hard. At the end of the day, everything falls on you, but it's also what keeps me going.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Make a list of pros and cons, take your time, don't just jump into something, and have patience; being a biz owner is like riding a roller coaster.
