What's your business, and who are your customers?
My Business is Golden Means Crystal Reiki and Energy Healing, located in Lafayette, Colorado. I am a professional Crystal Reiki Master, Medium, and Energy Healer. I am trained in Traditional Usui Reiki, Animal Reiki, Crystal Healing, Chakra, Element, Space Clearings, and much more. I also incorporate the Elements, Shamanism and Mediumship into my practices. I'm a passionate healer with a heart-centered alternative approach. My clients are people who are spiritual, interested in developing their spirituality, or are just ready to feel better physically, emotionally, or spiritually. I help people clear and move through the negative aspects of themselves or their life using my different modalities, so they can access their own inner joy and love for themselves.
Tell us about yourself
I first got started many years ago when I started paying attention to my dreams and wondered what they meant. I took some dream interpretation classes, which led me to then take Reiki classes, and learn about crystals and Shamanism, and things just expanded from there. Being able to help people heal physically and energetically and seeing them move into a joyful, positive energy space keeps me motivated to continue my work.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is knowing that my work has a positive beneficial effect on my clients and that I can give them the tools to help them move forward on their path.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing about being a business owner is doing the "business" end of the job. I love the healing and client interactions, but the marketing and busy work is not as much fun.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Make sure you do something you love, and that really brings you joy.
- Remove any emotional resistance you have to attain your goals.
- Do your research and utilize free resources.
