What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a food delivery service for brands. In short, our mission is to bring customer service back into the delivery industry.

Tell us about yourself

I had a burning desire to start my own business for quite some time after working for a corporation for quite some time. However, I wanted to make sure it would be something meaningful. Building a large fleet of drivers while maintaining a strong foundation of core principles and values is something that most courier services neglect. We believe there is a strong need for our delivery service, especially for large brands that need to preserve their reputation and keep their customers happy. We believe how a product is delivered just as important as when delivered.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Achieving greater than 1,000,000 on-time deliveries.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

You have to assume full responsibility for anything that happens, even when it is out of your control. This is not easy, but it forces you to grow.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Make sure you are doing what makes you happy.
  2. Trust your instincts- they have been accurate 95% of the time from my experience.
  3. Trust the process... AKA Don't give up!!!

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Learning to be inspired by the opportunity to learn and grow from challenges has been one of the most difficult tasks for me in my journey. However, it was also the most critical, I admit I am not a master of this craft yet, but I am much farther ahead from when I first started. Once you master focusing on the process, the financial results take care of themselves.
