What's your business, and who are your customers?

I work with members using individual sessions with me to get unstuck from the past, skill-building courses to help them in the now, and mastermind groups to help them to get to where they want to go in the future! While everyone is unique, there are predictable stages we humans grow through that I've cataloged during the last 20 years of counseling and coaching people. I've organized these stages to help subscribers progress up the Good to Great Success Path that has notable Milestones.

Take "Josh." Josh is known as an accomplished person and had a lot of success early in his life, but now it's like all that momentum is slowing down. Outside he is coasting -but inside, he feels either numb or sad. Others are noticing, and this is making him nervous about his future. He is now willing to put in the time, energy, and resources needed to correct his path. I had challenges to overcome, just like Josh.

Now I help others not be intimidated by the obstacles in their path or the issues in their past. I have a unique ability to quickly zero in on root issues, and I've developed effective methods to get people unstuck and on to achieving what their true-self wants. I used to help people like Josh get unstuck in just a couple of sessions, and they received immediate relief. Later though, they didn't maintain, so the benefit was lost. Now I don't have clients; I have members. Growth never ends, so as a community, we can grow in this journey together.

Tell us about yourself

I've been a professional counselor for 25 years, working in all types of counseling environments. A decade ago, I felt discouraged about the poor and unstable results of my clients. The system was and is broken. It was time for a system overhaul!
I've successfully automated about 80% of the tasks that used to take valuable in-session time. So now we have five times the amount of session time to go further, farther, and faster to help you accomplish your goals! It's going so well that I now train other coaches, counselors, and consultants how to do it!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Automating 80% of what used to take precious time in one-on-one sessions. It's been a win-win for both myself and my clients say it's the smartest system they have experienced!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Of the many hats we wear, some are a natural fit, and others take a learning curve to get right.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Either get techy or hire someone that can use and creatively apply the newest online tech. It's inexpensive, and you won't look back!
