We provide Fractional CFO and Advisory Services for businesses that allow them to transform and scale their finance organization. Our customers are in high-growth industries such as retail, e-commerce, software, technology, and others who are domestic or multi-national operations.

Tell us about yourself

I have over 17+ years of experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, finance, FP& and finance leadership, transforming and scaling the finance organization. What got me started in creating Fresh FP&A was I felt there needed to be a fresh perspective on finance, FP&A, and the office of the CFO. What motivates me every day is my Why statement, which is to use my skills, passions, talents, and experiences to help others realize and achieve greatness.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Building a team of passionate professionals, helping serve clients across the world, and continuing to be a great people, empathetic, driven, and eager business leader.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

All the different hats that you wear as CEO, but this is also what I love as well. I realized early on in my career I was not going to be the master of like 3 things, but I wanted to be a jack of all trades.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Take the leap of faith but realize you will never be 100% ready.
  2. Build your network with all kinds of professionals.
  3. Don't chase income but chase impact, don't chase praise chase passion, and it will get hard but keep pushing, never settle and stay focused that the best is yet to come.
  4. Bonus - It's ok not to have it all figured out but bring on great mentors, resources, and tools to help you scale.
  5. Don't measure your success, reach or impact on others; this is come path to make you feel frustrated. Remember, your journey is your journey, so like I always say, Plan the work and work the plan.
