What's your business, and who are your customers?

Our business is a one-on-one exclusive training facility with expert trainers. We cater to each individual that wants to be healthy and fit!

Tell us about yourself

Our business started in 2006 and was originally a big box gym. We transitioned to a 1-on-1 service business in 2007 as we saw our clients see life-changing results. We wanted to be part of something bigger! What motivates me each and every single day is helping people live a better quality of life. I also have two girls, that in itself, is my biggest motivator!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

As a business owner, I created a really awesome business, sold it, and then just bought back into it in October!! I'm incredibly proud of the business we've created and can't wait to see where it will go!!

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

You have to really love it. It consumes you - you sacrifice time/wants/etc. for a greater cause. My business is my lifeline! While you get freedom being a business owner, you have commitments and responsibilities like no other. You take risks like no other!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Start now, start small, and keep at it. Hire the right people. Don't be afraid to mess up, oftentimes - that's where the magic happens!
