What's your business, and who are your customers?
E-commerce selling natural cosmetics. Our customers are people aware of the health of their skin and who like, choose and pay attention to ingredients in their regular skincare routine.
Tell us about yourself
I am a lash artist who meets and talks to people every day. I have noticed that an unhealthy lifestyle and using bad quality products packed with chemicals really affect our hormones and skin condition. I noticed as well that in Ireland, especially in Galway, there is no choice of natural cosmetics, so I decided five years ago to fill this niche and brought fantastic products from Poland (where they are well known, popular, and where I am originally from).
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Satisfaction and repeating, happy customers!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hard decision which has to be made. Ours was closing our local shop in Galway and going totally online.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
