What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm a professional portrait and art photographer. My customers are business world people and locals who'd like to look like rock stars.
Tell us about yourself
Everyone has a certain talent; my talent was noticing aesthetics, making people feel comfortable, and coming up with creative ideas, which is ideal for a photographer. I am motivated by the feeling of doing what I am passionate about and seeing other people appreciate what I create as much as I do. Sometimes more.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
There's never a done accomplishment in my profession. Tomorrow is always newer and better. You progress until you die.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
You are responsible for every failure. No one to blame. It's only you.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Don't seek the easy way out.
- There's no success without learning every way to fail.
- Burn your ships. Without fulling committing, you won't get any results.
