Fostered Growth is a social media marketing company serving small business owners and personal brands looking to reduce stress, save time and grow organically online!

Tell us about yourself

After five years in corporate sales, Fostered Growth was born out of a need to fill a gap that I noticed between amazing, passionate business owners and showcasing this in their online presence. I'm motivated each day by knowing I get to help other better fulfill their purpose and spread positivity and light in the digital world.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is when I see the moment when business owners realize that social media marketing does not have to be a daunting, overwhelming experience. Instead, it can be a fun, connection-building foundation with their audience.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things about being a business owner is accepting that you will never be fully ready or prepared for the challenges you face, but you have to take action anyway.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. First, while research and preparation are important, it is important not to let this consume you and keep you from getting started.
  2. Second, there will be many times when things don't work out exactly as planned, but that's ok, learn from it and move forward.
  3. And third, it's important to keep a reminder of why you started your business in the first place that you can always go back to to get you through the tougher times.
