What's your business, and who are your customers?
The Forward Female is a coaching and creative agency helping women around the world start and grow businesses. We help women navigate their business goals through our digital accountability community, business development coaching programs, and full-service creative agency. Whether in the beginning stages of a new business or leveling up an existing one, The Forward Female has all the tools entrepreneurs need to eliminate overwhelm and get into action.
Tell us about yourself
I am CEO & Executive Business Development Coach here at The Forward Female and lead the efforts in making sure each and every client is experiencing real results, always. I have coached and guided over 150 female entrepreneurs from idea conception to launch and curated what is known as 'The Forward Female Framework' – a four-step success program that is personalized based on each client's goals and needs.
I've worked the ideation phase for both new and seasoned entrepreneurs and focus on building businesses with a strong foundation that will ultimately support them in accomplishing their companies' mission & vision. I look at businesses through a forward-thinking lens for long-term growth.
I am passionate about equality in the workforce and helping everyone, anywhere, to have the chance to LOVE what they do ❤️ "My Goal Is To Inspire People To Do What Inspires Them."
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We have personally helped hundreds of female entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses. It is exactly what we set out to do, and to see it coming to life and changing lives is truly a dream come true.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The life of an entrepreneur comes with a variety of wins and learning lessons every single day. The sooner that you can build a strong mindset and understand that "failing" is a good thing - the easier and easier your journey will be.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a clear vision of where you are taking your business.
- Have a clear understanding of your target audience and the problem you are solving for them.
- Know your numbers!!
- BONUS: Find an accountability system ASAP! (ie. coach, community, etc.)
