Tell us about yourself

I am a serial entrepreneur who has had all the titles and worn all the hats. I love helping grow my client's companies by coaching leadership, building processes, and growing teams. The businesses we support are what make this country great and fuel the American economy. Proud to work with so many leaders, all doing their best to make their version of this dream come true.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is being hired again and again by my clients and their referrals. This proves the value we bring to our relationships.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

There is no PTO. Each day you rise and hunt. This is also what makes what we do so rewarding and adds fuel to our fire each day.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Start lean. The toys can come later.
  2. Micro speed. Macro patience. Work as hard and as fast as you can on the day-to-day items that need to get done. But trust the process and have patience in the long run. The tortoise always wins.
  3. If you find yourself lost or off track, start back over at #1.
