What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is about people, to empower their faith to create (work) happiness. I work on individual level with clients, but also with corporates in creating an organizational culture which amplifies work happiness as a company (of course, together with the people working there).

Tell us about yourself

Everyone knows what makes them truly happy. I help them discover it and empower them to make choices based on behalf of their own values.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is my happy clients.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Enthusiasm, you are never done. So many ideas and concepts, and there is no job description, so the sky is the limit. And patience to grow. I sometimes need to remind myself to let it flow.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Choose something which is your true passion.
Continue, evaluate, adjust, repeat.
Do not listen to the haters.
