We are in the business of optimizing performance of both the body and mind. We also offer entrepreneur services.

Tell us about yourself

My name is Kyle Marra, and I am the Founder & Creator of Faze One Fitness. What got me into this business and continues to drive me each day is helping people optimize their performance. I love watching people set goals and get after them. Consistently striving to be the best at what you do is what I strive to do, and it's my mission to help people reach theirs.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

So far, just being able to launch. A LOT and I mean a lot more than people even think, don't go after their dreams. One of the things I continue to be proud of is that I'm a one-man show. It can be extremely hard sometimes to do this too, but that's where standard comes in. If you set your expectations high and organize your life to execute them, then it becomes easier.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Not everyone is as passionate as you about what you do. If you think about that and accept it, your life and business will be less stressful and more successful.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Really know what you want to do—ten years minimum.
  2. Have a plan and know how you're going to get it done (short and long term).
  3. Believe in yourself at all times because, at the end of the day, it's you vs. you.
