What's your business, and who are your customers?
Fabulash Beauty is all about empowering others to feel beautiful and confident by enhancing their natural beauty. Our lash studio specializes in fun, beautiful lash extensions.
Tell us about yourself
When I started Fabulash Beauty, I had no idea what I was doing. I just knew this was what I wanted to do and I was determined to make it work. I used all the resources available and asked questions. Building a successful business is all about determination and getting out of your comfort zone.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The trust and great relationships I have built throughout the years. Clients come to me because they trust me and that makes me feel very accomplished.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Finding a healthy balance between work and personal life. Often, I would find myself overworking because I wanted everything to be perfect. Throughout the years, I’ve learned it is as important to take care of yourself as it is to take care of your work.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Just do it! Don’t overthink.
- It’s okay if you don’t have it figured out yet. It’s a learning process.
- Find yourself a great bookkeeper. It will save you headaches.
