What's your business, and who are your customers?

Boutique Insurance Agency, our customers are anyone that needs insurance, but we specialize in helping businesses find the right coverage for their needs.

Tell us about yourself

I started the agency because I had a necessity to find my clients from the auto industry affordable good insurance... I was looking that clients would pay more in insurance than the auto payment, so I decided to open my agency and help these clients; my goal is to help to make sure you are paying the lowest but at the same time have good coverage.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I started the agency from scratch, meaning I didn't buy an established business or a book of business, so getting the first company to give us the appointments was huge. However, even after almost six years, we still archive an accomplishment. Every time they are bigger, this is a business that doesn't stop, and there is always something new to learn to do.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

If I start, I don't finish! Everything is hard finding good employees finding good agents, people with the same mindset, and you are very hard.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Figure out what you want to do. Once you have that clear, find a mentor and someone that you can learn, and you look up and can show you tricks of the business and show up and do the job. Being an entrepreneur or a business owner is a 24-hour job but has its perks, and it pays off.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

I want to thank my family and friends. They believe in me and become clients because they know that it's important to have a great insurance agent and believe in supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses!
